About the role

Behavior Technician to provide in-home ABA therapy to children with autism in Lexington, OH under SparkJoy ABA in partnership with Finni Health. Part-time or full-time opportunities with in-home and clinic settings, paid training, and ongoing BCBA support.

Responsibilities

  • Work 1:1 with children in-home using individualized ABA treatment plans
  • Teach communication, daily living, and social skills
  • Collect data and collaborate with supervising BCBAs
  • Support families through parent training and consistent communication
  • Work environment: client homes within the assigned territory

Qualifications

  • 1+ year experience with children
  • Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills
  • A passion for helping children grow and succeed
  • Reliable transportation to client homes in Lexington
  • Must be at least 18 years of age to meet regulatory, background check, and BACB eligibility requirements for behavioral healthcare providers
