Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) positions in Los Alamos, NM, within Atomic ABA, a Finni Health company. Flexible full-time or part-time, on-site role delivering 1:1 ABA therapy under BCBA supervision, with opportunities for professional development and RBT certification.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children in-home, clinic, or community settings
  • Implement behavior intervention plans developed by a BCBA
  • Collect and document accurate data on client progress
  • Participate in team meetings and ongoing training
  • Communicate professionally with families and team members

Qualifications

  • Experience working with children, preferably in ABA or related fields (preferred)
  • Strong communication, reliability, and professionalism
  • A compassionate and patient approach to care
  • Ability to pass background checks and meet other compliance requirements
