About the role

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) position with Finni Health providing in-home ABA therapy under BCBA supervision in O'Fallon, MO.

Responsibilities

  • Provide one-on-one behavior intervention services in the home and community
  • Collect and record data on child's progress
  • Collaborate closely with families and your BCBA supervisor
  • Participate in team meetings and ongoing training opportunities

Qualifications

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience working with children (especially those with special needs)
  • A passion for helping others grow and succeed
  • Reliable transportation
  • Active CPR certification
  • Active RBT certification
