About the role

Pattern is a global ecommerce accelerator helping brands grow across performance media, marketplaces, and D2C channels. The Senior Client Account Manager leads client relationships, aligns strategic initiatives, and drives multi-channel growth with internal teams.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary contact for 7-8 high-profile clients, building trusted relationships through regular face-to-face meetings, digital check-ins, and proactive communication.
  • Support channel teams with strategic direction, making sure every initiative aligns with each client’s overarching business goals.
  • Act as the project manager - scheduling work, managing timelines, and ensuring seamless delivery across teams.
  • Oversee campaign delivery across channels, ensuring scope, timelines, budgets, and KPIs are met.
  • Identify and present new growth opportunities that deliver measurable impact for clients.

Qualifications

  • 4 + years’ account management experience in a digital or full-service agency.
  • Expertise across SEM, Social Advertising and SEO.
  • Must be confident creating reports from Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta.
  • Confident presenter and communicator with strong commercial acumen.
  • Analytical mindset - you love connecting data to meaningful client outcomes.
  • Proven ability to lead multi-channel teams and manage complex projects.
