About the role

Pattern accelerates brands on global ecommerce marketplaces using proprietary technology and AI. The TikTok Shop Creator LIVE Manager leads creator relationships and LIVE sessions to drive GMV across Pattern’s brand portfolio.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with Social Commerce Managers and Creator Success Managers to understand Pattern brands, product assortments, and merchandising priorities
  • Identify and reach out to relevant TikTok Shop creators who are a strong fit for Pattern brands
  • Manage creator relationships end-to-end, from first outreach through ongoing collaboration
  • Track creator LIVE availability and schedules, and coordinate LIVE dates across creators and brands
  • Coordinate product selection and samples with creators, SCMs, and CSMs
  • Actively push Creator LIVE opportunities forward so sessions get scheduled and go live
  • Provide creators with LIVE strategy, including merchandising, promotional mechanics, and product sequencing, to improve performance and maximize GMV

Qualifications

  • Experience in TikTok Shop, creator or influencer partnerships, affiliate or social commerce, or LIVE commerce
  • Strong outreach and relationship-building skills; comfortable engaging creators professionally and persuasively
  • Understanding of LIVE selling, including merchandising, promotional mechanics, and product sequencing
  • Excellent organization and follow-through to manage multiple creators, brands, schedules, and sample shipments at once
  • Analytical mindset; comfortable using GMV and performance data to guide recommendations
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and a collaborative approach with SCMs, CSMs, and creators
