About the role

Product Manager leading the Advisor Marketplace to help investors find, meet, and onboard advisory relationships; owns the full marketplace funnel and collaborates across Engineering, Design, Data Science, Marketing, Operations, and Compliance to scale a two-sided advisor marketplace within Robinhood’s RIAs ecosystem.

Responsibilities

  • Own the product strategy and roadmap for the Advisor Marketplace, balancing the needs of both investors and advisors.
  • Own the end-to-end marketplace funnel – discovery, matching and routing, scheduling, first-meeting show rate, advisor onboarding, and funded accounts.
  • Define and manage marketplace health: supply and demand balance, advisor quality and standards, lead allocation, and conversion, with metrics such as meetings booked/completed, accounts funded, AUM, and net flows.
  • Partner with Engineering, Design, and Data Science to ship products from concept to production using research, experimentation, and analytics to guide prioritization and measure success.
  • Work with Compliance, Legal, and Risk to embed regulatory and operational requirements into product design, advisor vetting, disclosures, and workflows.
  • Integrate the marketplace with the broader RIA platform, including TradePMR and Robinhood’s app, ensuring seamless data, accounts, and custody flows.
  • Drive go-to-market execution with Marketing, Sales, and Operations across launches, advisor acquisition and onboarding, support readiness, and cross-functional communication.
  • Explore how AI can improve the client experience when working with an advisor.
  • Stay ahead of trends in wealth management, advisor technology, and marketplaces to inform long-term strategy.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of product management experience, including building and launching marketplace, platform, or complex multi-sided products, ideally in fintech, brokerage, or wealth management.
  • Demonstrated success owning a funnel or growth-oriented product end-to-end, with a track record of improving conversion and engagement through experimentation and analytics.
  • Experience delivering products in a regulated or compliance-heavy environment, balancing innovation with operational and regulatory rigor.
  • Strong analytical skills: defining success metrics, writing queries/dashboards, and using data to drive prioritization.
  • Strong technical acumen and ability to collaborate with engineers, designers, and operations on system design, integrations, and scalability.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, and the ability to align diverse stakeholders around a shared roadmap.
  • Ownership mindset and scrappy, self-starter attitude; comfortable with ambiguity and defining what 'great' looks like as you go.
  • Passion for empowering financial advisors and their clients, and transforming wealth management through modern technology.
