About the role

Robotaxi Program Manager to lead day-to-day technical execution of Nuro’s robotaxi partnership, coordinating across engineering, business, and external partner teams to define a launch path in multiple cities, track performance, and resolve issues.

Responsibilities

  • Own technical program execution for Nuro’s robotaxi program - coordinating across external partners and our autonomy, hardware, and AI platform teams.
  • Build and maintain our critical path to scale up our robotaxis - milestones, dependencies, risks, and open items.
  • Identify issues early, help teams make tradeoffs, and drive problems to resolution.
  • Create clear updates for leaders on progress, risks, and key decisions.
  • Build strong working relationships across Nuro and with external partners.
  • Use data and judgment to support decision-making and measure progress over time.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in consulting, program management, or business operations.
  • Engineering degree.
  • Experience leading complex, cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholders.
  • Willingness to work in person from Nuro HQ four days per week.
