About the role

Role focused on day-to-day operations and QA for Kraken's internal AI-native growth platform, ensuring reliability, processing approvals/queues, testing releases, and documenting findings.

Responsibilities

  • Own day-to-day operations and QA for the internal growth platform
  • Test the platform regularly across new releases, rule changes, and edge cases; perform regression checks
  • Find bugs and document them with steps to reproduce, severity, and impact; follow through until fix is verified
  • Monitor platform performance and agent activity; flag issues and escalate as needed
  • Manage approval queues daily to keep items moving
  • Verify agent output against defined checklists and standards; flag unclear or risky flows
  • Write and maintain documentation including test plans, QA checklists, runbooks, and release notes

Qualifications

  • Experience in QA, testing, operations, support, or analytics (preferably on software products or complex systems)
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Structured approach to testing with ability to create/follow test plans
  • Clear written communication for bug reports and documentation
  • Comfort with data; ability to read dashboards and spot anomalies
  • Fast learner with ability to pick up new tools and systems quickly
  • AI-native habits and curiosity about tool outputs and potential errors
  • Prompt engineering curiosity; willingness to learn how to communicate with AI systems precisely
  • Reliability and ability to maintain routines and manage queues
