About the role

Role focusing on high-volume, end-to-end recruitment for Whatnot's Operations teams (Customer Experience, Trust & Safety, and Fraud) with a remote-friendly setup and potential hub-based collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Lead high-volume hiring for Operations. You’ll own searches across CX, Trust & Safety, and Fraud, often managing 10–15+ open roles at once.
  • Be a true partner to the business. You’ll work with hiring managers and leaders to scope roles, shape hiring strategy, and guide decisions.
  • Source creatively. You’ll find top talent through channels beyond LinkedIn and try new ways to reach candidates.
  • Own the end-to-end process. You’ll run kickoff through offer and close, with clear rubrics, strong JDs, and a thoughtful, inclusive candidate experience.
  • Build for scale. You’ll improve recruiting processes as we grow, using candidate and stakeholder feedback, and share what works with the team.

Qualifications

  • At least 2+ years of full-cycle high-volume recruiting experience, ideally for Operations teams (Customer Experience, Trust & Safety, Fraud) in fast-paced environments.
  • Proven experience as a full-cycle recruiter; able to manage candidate end-to-end.
  • Experience hiring at high volumes and delivering hires consistently.
  • Sourcer at heart with ability to nurture and build relationships with passive talent.
  • Data-focused and able to measure pipeline health and manage expectations with hiring managers.
  • Ownership mindset; comfortable moving quickly, managing multiple roles, and being accountable for work.
  • Strong emphasis on delivering an incredible candidate experience and inclusive interview practices.
