About the role

AI Transformation Architect at Unframe, a client-facing technical role responsible for leading early-stage technical discovery, delivering live demos, and translating customer needs into AI-powered solution examples to showcase Unframe’s platform across industries.

Responsibilities

  • Join early-stage calls with Strategic Account Executives to lead technical discovery and demos.
  • Deliver compelling live demos tailored to customer pain points and use cases.
  • Translate customer pain points into relevant AI-powered solution examples.
  • Communicate the value and architecture of Unframe clearly and confidently.
  • Build credibility and trust with prospects while becoming a strategic partner in shaping their AI vision.
  • Share insights with Product, Marketing, and R&D teams based on real-world conversations.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years experience in solutions engineering, technical pre-sales, or product management.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise software, APIs, and modern cloud platforms.
  • Confident presenting technical products to both business and technical audiences.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and German.
  • Curious, collaborative, and customer-obsessed — you know how to ask the right questions and build strong relationships.
