About the role

Product Manager role at Unframe focused on enterprise AI solutions, leading discovery, design, and end-to-end delivery of AI-powered offerings built on Unframe's platform for enterprise clients.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Enterprise Discovery: conduct discovery sessions with enterprise clients to map workflows, uncover business challenges, and distinguish surface-level requests from fundamental operational needs.
  • Design & Spec AI Solutions: translate customer problems into structured solution plans on Unframe's platform, write detailed specs and define prompt and context structures, owning complete solution design.
  • Drive End-to-End Delivery: collaborate with engineers and AI specialists to deliver solutions on target, prioritize requirements, and manage tradeoffs across speed, stability, and scope.
  • Represent the User & Platform: act as the voice of enterprise operators and domain experts while collaborating with the Platform team to identify reusable product patterns.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in product management or technical delivery roles, with a track record working with engineering teams on complex, fast-paced technical products.
  • Bilingual Fluency (English & French): fluent in French for France-based users and stakeholders, fluent in English for international collaboration.
  • Customer-Led Discovery: proven experience leading consultative conversations with enterprise buyers and operators, owning the conversation to surface unstated needs and translate them into clear solution scope.
  • Enterprise Stakeholder Management: ability to manage senior client relationships through complex delivery, align stakeholders, and be primary contact when requirements shift or timelines compress.
  • Problem-to-Solution Design: ability to start from a raw business problem without existing features, defining how an AI solution should function and writing precise specs for build teams.
  • Complex Delivery Execution: experience shipping AI-powered features under tight timelines, managing evolving requirements and documenting tradeoffs.
  • AI Solutions Experience: direct exposure to building with LLMs—writing prompt structures, defining context and output constraints, working with agentic systems, or managing model uncertainty in a shipped product or working prototype.
  • Builder Orientation: driven by creating customer-facing solutions rather than merely managing roadmaps or processing requests.
  • Core Competencies: strong written communication, systems thinking, high attention to detail, fluent English (written and verbal), ability to navigate multi-faceted projects.
