About the role

Account Executive to own deals end to end in Trellis AI’s healthcare-focused AI automation platform, selling to specialty pharmacies, infusion centers, provider groups, and health systems. Role involves sourcing pipeline, running full sales cycle, and closing enterprise deals, with collaboration from founders and GTM leads.

Responsibilities

  • Run and close deals: Own discovery, demos, pilot scoping, pricing, and contracting through signature, alongside the founders on the largest enterprise deals
  • Build your own pipeline: Identify target accounts, run outbound across email, phone, LinkedIn, and events, and book meetings with operations, revenue cycle, and pharmacy leaders
  • Sell the ROI: Translate prior auth, benefits verification, and reimbursement workflows into clear business cases for senior buyers
  • Work smarter with AI: Use modern GTM tools (CRM, Clay or similar, sequencing) to make prospecting and deal management repeatable
  • Shape the playbook: Test messaging and segments, track win rates and cycle times, and feed what you learn back to product and marketing
  • Partner with deployment: Hand off cleanly to our deployment team so pilots convert to production and expand

Qualifications

  • 3+ years in a quota-carrying sales role, ideally including time as a closing AE
  • A track record of hitting or beating quota on complex, multi-stakeholder deals
  • Experience self-sourcing pipeline, not just working inbound
  • Comfort selling to senior operational and executive buyers
  • Clear, crisp written and verbal communication
  • High ownership and the ability to operate autonomously in a fast-moving startup
  • Healthcare, pharmacy, revenue cycle, or health-tech sales experience is a big plus
  • Experience selling technical or AI products is a plus
