About the role
Open-source agentic security automation platform seeking full-stack generalist engineers to ship fast with high quality. Role involves owning user-facing features end-to-end, shaping product direction, and building scalable backend services in a product-led open core company.
Responsibilities
- Ship customer-facing features from 0-to-1: design, build, test, deploy, and own them in production
- Turn user feedback into code fast with zero compromise on technical rigor
- Work directly with the founders to keep priorities clear and blockers out of the way
- Build intuitive user-experiences and reliable backend services that customers trust everyday
- Solve hard technical problems at the frontier of applied AI: from kernel-level agent sandboxes to agent memory retrieval for large data collection
- Engineer foundational agentic systems (skills, memory, reinforcement learning loops) for our customers and our own needs
Qualifications
- Technical depth and software craftsmanship: we’re an anti-slop AI-pilled company
- Product intuition: you care about the "why" as much as the "how"
- Comfort working in a small team where speed and ownership are the norm
- Experience with modern full stack software engineering (frontend and backend)
- Slope over intercept: we value learning velocity, grit, and unapologetically unique personalities
