About the role

Chief of Staff to work directly with the founders, owning projects across fundraising, financial modeling, brand, design, and product management to keep priorities moving across the team.

Responsibilities

  • Own projects across fundraising, financial modeling, brand, design, and product management
  • Facilitate meetings and introductions with investors
  • Support hiring, particularly for engineering roles
  • Oversee launches and coordinate launch strategy
  • Step in as interim project and product manager
  • Build and manage fundraising decks and participate in investor calls
  • Create and maintain investor communications and board materials (nice to have)
  • Help build brand/design via hands-on work or by hiring the right people

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in operations, strategy, finance, consulting, or a similar role at a startup or high-growth company
  • Experience creating and managing a fundraise, including building the deck and joining investor calls
  • Ability to facilitate meetings and introductions with investors
  • Strong financial modeling skills and Excel proficiency
  • Good sense of design and ability to help build brand
  • Experience overseeing launches and coordinating launch strategy
  • Ability to step in as an interim project and product manager
  • Experience supporting hiring, particularly for engineering roles
  • Excellent writing and communication skills for investors, customers, and partners
  • U.S. citizenship required
