About the role

Senior-level role responsible for delivering high-quality, franchise-facing Operations training across RTSCs, developing and maintaining training programs and resources, measuring effectiveness, and collaborating across leadership to scale training for the JETSET franchise network.

Responsibilities

  • Own the preparation, delivery, follow-up, and continuous improvement of core Operations training programs hosted through the RTSC, including Operational Readiness Training (ORT), FBO 2, and future franchisee-facing Operations training programs.
  • Facilitate and/or coordinate facilitation across each training experience; ensure materials, pre-work, communications, and content remain current and accurate.
  • Track participant completion and required training follow-up; collect and evaluate participant feedback; identify knowledge gaps and trends; translate feedback into recommendations for program improvement.
  • Support ongoing updates to training experiences as systems, processes, standards, and business needs evolve; partner with DFOs and SMEs to incorporate expertise; ensure registration and logistical requirements progress appropriately (in collaboration with RTSC Office Operations Manager).
  • Lead or support RTSC Workshops for franchisee-facing experiences; prepare materials and facilitator resources; adapt content to participant needs and priorities; capture learnings to inform future development.
  • Partner with Director to build, refine, and maintain franchisee-facing Operations programs, training experiences, and resources; refresh and improve programs based on data and feedback; develop facilitator guides and tools; ensure resources stay accurate and aligned.
  • Own measurement and evaluation of assigned training programs; establish success measures; develop methods to capture performance, feedback, engagement, and knowledge gaps; regularly report findings and recommendations to Director.
  • Develop internal onboarding and continued education experiences for regional pod teams; deliver structured onboarding and ongoing education; translate initiatives into practical training; maintain standardized materials; establish cadences; evaluate effectiveness.
  • Ensure readiness and adoption of new operational processes, systems, and standards across regional teams; coordinate with cross-functional teams to reflect current standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, Learning & Development, Communications, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
  • 5+ years of experience in training, facilitation, learning and development, operations, or related field
  • Proven experience facilitating engaging workshops for diverse audiences
  • Experience developing, implementing, and refining training programs, materials, and learning resources
  • Strong proficiency in Google Workspace, presentation tools, and LMS
  • Exceptional project management, organizational, and communication skills; ability to manage multiple programs and priorities
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills; experience collaborating across departments and engaging with stakeholders at all levels
  • Ability to work independently, exercise judgment, and proactively identify opportunities and solutions
  • Experience within franchising, multi-unit operations, boutique fitness, hospitality, or service-based business preferred
  • Willingness to travel between RTSC locations and other JETSET markets as needed
