About the role

Anchor the branding pods within User Growth; own Meesho’s brand strategy end to end, developing sharp brand briefs and leading campaigns across TV, digital, and influencers to drive user growth and retention.

Responsibilities

  • Consumer Understanding: Interact with users to understand barriers to usage and triggers that bring them back, translating insights into actionable direction.

Qualifications

  • MBA from a top-tier institute (IIM, ISB or similar) with branding focus, or specialist branding background (e.g., MICA).
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in brand management or consumer marketing, preferably in FMCG or e-commerce.
  • Hands-on Branding: prior experience building brand strategy and briefs.
  • First-hand Consumer Understanding: experience synthesizing consumer insights into brand briefs or campaigns.
  • Campaign Ownership: direct ownership of significant campaigns across TV, digital and/or influencers with measurable impact.
  • Communication: excellent storytelling, negotiation and stakeholder buy-in skills.
  • Leadership: team management experience and ability to advocate for user-driven decisions.
