About the role

Concession Leader at Mulberry responsible for leading store and team to deliver exceptional customer experience, commercial results, and alignment with Mulberry Spirit and sustainability goals.

Responsibilities

  • - You will develop the best team: create a high performing, diverse, inclusive team; champion equity and empathy; encourage diverse perspectives; provide honest feedback, praise, coaching, and challenge.
  • - You will always be Customer focused: nurture a welcoming environment; deliver engaging customer experiences; maintain cultural connection of Mulberry; develop and maintain key customer relationships using in-store CRM tools.
  • - You will be commercially driven: drive business, build influential networks, use market awareness and analysis to maximise opportunities, lead and deliver operational excellence.
  • - You will care about people and the planet: embody Mulberry values, foster inclusive culture, work for a B Corp certified business with responsible practices.

Qualifications

  • Experienced Leader (preferably within luxury fashion but not essential)
  • In love with fashion!
  • Inspiring, Engaging, Agile, Perceptive
