About the role

Accounts Payable Specialist handling high-volume processing of expense reports and invoices, with responsibilities including invoice matching, vendor communications, and payment coordination in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Meet transaction targets in a high-volume accounts payable department
  • Process and match invoices to purchase orders and resolve discrepancies
  • Review invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment
  • Respond to questions from vendors and internal departments in a timely manner
  • Reconcile vendor statements, research, and correct discrepancies
  • Provide support by processing expense reports, maintaining Excel reports, importing/exporting databases and files
  • Payment coordination on a weekly basis
  • Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately in accordance with policy and GAAP practices

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 1+ years of accounts payable, finance, or operations experience (internship experience qualifies)
