About the role

Temporary Recruiting Coordinator role at SpaceX for Starbase, focused on recruiting logistics, process efficiency, and partnership with recruiters and hiring teams. Onsite in Starbase, TX for 6 months with potential permanent hire conversion based on performance.

Responsibilities

  • Manage recruiting logistics by coordinating between recruiters, recruiting coordinators, and the hiring team
  • Partner with recruiters to align on the ideal candidate profile and help identify top talent through interview support, events, and sourcing as needed
  • Process contractor conversions and support related hiring-process administration
  • Drive program management to measure and track hiring efficiency for the assigned scope or core area of focus
  • Learn about our business to speak intelligently about our programs with candidates and client groups
  • Assist the recruiting team with special projects and administrative tasks throughout the hiring process

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree, or associate’s degree and 1+ years of experience in recruiting, human resources, or business operations
  • Previous experience in a professional setting within recruiting, human resources, marketing, sales, or technology
