About the role

Recruiter responsible for full-desk recruitment for SpaceX corporate functions, focusing on IT, InfoSec, Physical Security, and related areas. Partner with client groups, manage end-to-end recruitment, and navigate a fast-paced environment with high autonomy.

Responsibilities

  • Meet with client groups to discuss headcount, requisitions, hiring strategy, and interview feedback
  • Screen candidates who apply to requisitions
  • Source candidates (including passive candidates)
  • Discuss screened candidates with client groups and recommend top candidates for interviews
  • Give tours to candidates before onsite
  • Attend interviews with client groups to evaluate candidates
  • Manage offer process including background checks, offer negotiations, and extending letters
  • Coordinate candidate experience during onsite interview days
  • Fill candidate pipeline and manage flow of talent to meet hiring priorities

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree and 1+ years of recruiting experience; or associate degree and 2+ years; or 3+ years of professional recruiting experience in lieu of a degree
