About the role

Recruiter responsible for full-desk recruiting to fill mission-critical roles within SpaceX’s SG&A functions (IT, InfoSec, Environmental Health & Safety, Construction, Materials Engineering, Physical Security, etc.). Autonomy with collaboration, managing end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to offers and onboarding, while representing SpaceX to candidates.

Responsibilities

  • Meet with client groups to discuss headcount, new requisitions, hiring strategy, and interview feedback; act as a partner to clients.
  • Screen candidates who apply to requisitions.
  • Source candidates, including passive ones.
  • Discuss screened candidates with client groups and recommend top candidates for interviews.
  • Give tours to candidates before onsite.
  • Attend interviews with client groups as an additional evaluator.
  • Manage offer process including initiating background checks, negotiating offers, and extending letters.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree and 1+ years of recruiting experience; or associate degree and 2+ years of experience; or 3+ years of professional experience as a recruiter in lieu of a degree
