About the role

Trust & Safety Product Manager responsible for the product and technical delivery of safety, compliance, and moderation initiatives across EverAI’s platforms. Owns safety features, moderation capabilities, third-party integrations, dashboards, and incident response working with CTO and Legal & Safety Lead.

Responsibilities

  • Safety & legal product strategy and delivery. Translate safety policies, legal requirements (e.g., EU AI Act), incident findings, and user feedback into product requirements and engineering work; drive end-to-end delivery and continuous improvement.
  • Internally developed moderation technologies. Own product aspects of in-house moderation systems (EverGuard); collaborate with Engineering and AI/ML on detection capabilities, moderation rules, thresholds, and interventions across user inputs and AI outputs.
  • Third-party safety partnerships and integrations. Lead lifecycle from identifying needs to evaluation, implementation, testing, rollout, and ongoing performance management.
  • Safety dashboards, monitoring, and quality assurance. Establish dashboards and recurring QA to proactively identify issues and ensure effectiveness of T&S measures.
  • Red teaming and adversarial testing. Own testing of moderation systems against misuse and edge cases; track findings through remediation and retesting.
  • Trust and safety reviews for new features. Run dedicated T&S reviews for new features and material changes; engage in product design to identify misuse and safeguards.
  • Incident follow-through and continuous improvement. Coordinate product and engineering response to significant safety issues with incident management, policy, and support teams.

Qualifications

  • Data-driven decisions aligned with legal/ethical standards; experience with metrics, A/B testing, experiments, user research, and translating findings into policies and dashboards.
  • Content moderation and AI guardrails; understanding of automation, ML, human review, and user reporting.
  • Legal/safety experience; ability to translate compliance into consumer-facing product requirements.
  • Collaborative mindset and English fluency; cross-functional teamwork with engineering, legal, operations, and support.
  • AI fluency; comfort with leveraging AI tools and experimentation.
  • Point person for third-party partnerships; autonomous handling of discussions with tools and integrations affecting compliance and safety.
  • Ownership mindset; comfortable with ambiguity and driving outcomes with limited certainty.
  • Comfort with uncensored model/content in the product category.
