About the role

Senior Affiliate Manager responsible for managing and expanding EverAI's affiliate program, optimizing performance, onboarding new affiliates, and collaborating with internal teams to maximize funnel conversions. Fully remote role based in Malta.

Responsibilities

  • Manage, maintain and grow relationships with affiliates, ensuring they are consistently informed and supported
  • Oversee the onboarding process for new affiliates, ensuring smooth integration into the affiliate program
  • Monitor affiliate performance, generating reports on traffic, conversions, and ROI
  • Analyze affiliate results to identify areas of improvement, optimize campaigns for better performance, and find any opportunities to scale
  • Research and recruit new affiliates and business partners to expand the affiliate network
  • Troubleshoot affiliate-related issues and provide solutions in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored affiliate funnels, ensuring maximum conversion rates
  • Regularly review and improve processes to enhance affiliate communication and management

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in affiliate marketing and management
  • Proficiency in affiliate marketing platforms and networks
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
  • Advanced knowledge of digital marketing tactics across SEO, media buying, paid socials, etc.
  • Advanced competence with tools like Everflow, Looker Studio, SEMrush, and other reporting systems
  • Excellent Excel/Google Sheets skills for data analysis and reporting
  • Ability to optimize processes for performance efficiency and ROI
