About the role

Trust & Safety Product Manager responsible for defining and delivering safety, compliance, and moderation initiatives across EverAI’s platforms. Owns product and technical delivery of safety features, moderation capabilities, third-party integrations, dashboards, and incident response, with close collaboration across Compliance, Engineering, AI/ML, Product, and Customer Support.

Responsibilities

  • Safety & legal product strategy and delivery. Translate safety policies, legal requirements (e.g., online safety and AI-specific laws such as the EU AI Act), incident findings, and user feedback into product requirements, acceptance criteria, and engineering work.
  • Internally developed moderation technologies. Own product aspects of improvements to in-house moderation systems (EverGuard) and collaborate with Engineering and AI/ML on detection, rules, thresholds, and interventions across inputs and outputs.
  • Third-party safety partnerships and integrations. Lead lifecycle from needs identification to evaluation, implementation, testing, rollout, and performance management.
  • Safety dashboards, monitoring, and quality assurance. Establish dashboards and recurring QA to proactively identify issues and ensure effectiveness of T&S measures.
  • Red teaming and adversarial testing. Own testing of moderation systems and safeguards for misuse and edge cases, with remediation and retesting.
  • Trust and safety reviews for new features. Run dedicated T&S reviews for new features and material changes, engaging early in design to identify misuse and safeguards.
  • Incident follow-through and continuous improvement. Coordinate product and engineering response to safety incidents with incident management, policy, and user support.

  • Collaborative mindset and communication (English fluency)
  • AI fluency and willingness to experiment with AI tools
  • Point person for third-party partnerships
  • Ownership mindset and ability to operate with ambiguity
  • Comfort with building products based on uncensored models and content
