About the role

Trust & Safety Product Manager responsible for the product and technical delivery of compliance and safety initiatives across EverAI’s platforms. Owns safety requirements, moderation capabilities, third-party integrations, and dashboards. Works with CTO, Legal & Safety Lead, and cross-functional teams to mitigate risk and improve safety systems while allowing lawful content in an adult-oriented platform.

Responsibilities

  • - Safety & legal product strategy and delivery. Translate safety policies, legal requirements (e.g., EU AI Act) and user feedback into product requirements, acceptance criteria, and engineering work; drive end-to-end delivery from definition to launch and iteration.
  • - Internally developed moderation technologies. Own product aspects of in-house moderation systems (EverGuard), collaborating with Engineering and AI/ML for detection capabilities, moderation rules/thresholds, and interventions across inputs and outputs.
  • - Third-party safety partnerships and integrations. Lead lifecycle from needs identification to evaluation, implementation, testing, rollout, and performance management.
  • - Safety dashboards, monitoring, and QA. Establish dashboards and recurring QA to proactively identify issues and ensure effectiveness of T&S measures.
  • - Red teaming and adversarial testing. Own testing of moderation systems against misuse and edge cases, track findings through remediation and retesting.
  • - Trust and safety reviews for new features. Run dedicated T&S reviews for new features and material changes, engaging early in product design.
  • - Incident follow-through and continuous improvement. Coordinate product and engineering response to significant safety issues with incident management, policy, and user support teams.

Qualifications

  • - Data-driven product decisions aligned with legal/ethical standards, including metrics, A/B tests, and dashboards.
  • - Content moderation and AI guardrails understanding, including automation, human review, and user reporting.
  • - Legal/safety work experience and ability to translate requirements into consumer-facing product.
  • - Collaborative mindset and cross-functional communication in English.
  • - AI fluency and comfort with AI tools.
  • - Point person for third-party partnerships and autonomous vendor discussions.
  • - Ownership mindset, comfortable with ambiguity, focused on outcomes over process.
  • - Comfort with uncensored content and models in the product category.
