About the role

Trust & Safety Product Manager responsible for the product and technical delivery of compliance and safety initiatives across EverAI platforms, including internally developed moderation systems and third-party integrations. Works with CTO and Legal & Safety Lead to translate safety requirements into product features, dashboards, and processes while safeguarding user safety and lawful content.

Responsibilities

  • Safety & legal product strategy and delivery. Translate safety policies, legal requirements (e.g., EU AI Act), incident findings, and user feedback into product requirements, acceptance criteria, and engineering work. Drive initiatives from problem definition through implementation, testing, launch, and ongoing improvement.

Qualifications

  • - Data-driven decisions aligning with legal/ethical standards; experience with metrics, A/B tests, and dashboards
  • - Content moderation and AI guardrails understanding for scalable moderation
  • - Legal/safety work experience translating requirements into consumer-facing products
  • - Collaborative mindset with cross-functional teams; fluent in English
  • - AI fluency and comfort with uncensored models/content
  • - Point person for third-party partnerships and integrations affecting compliance and safety posture
  • - Ownership mindset with ability to operate under ambiguity and deliver results
  • - Comfort building products around uncensored models/content
