About the role
Role focused on turning workplace playbooks into delivered projects and programs, including office moves, openings, and global special projects (health & safety, design standards, emergency response, WVPPs, sustainability, and tooling rollouts). Hands-on delivery owning scope, schedule, and budget from kickoff to close.
Responsibilities
- Global Special Projects: manage health & safety programming, global design standards, emergency response programming, WVPPs, and sustainability across Harvey offices; partner with Security, HR, Legal, and regional leads to ensure regulatory alignment with global standards; maintain design standards; drive sustainability initiatives; rollout Workplace tooling and software; manage global and national vendor contracts.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in workplace operations, program management, or project management with experience leading cross-functional programs (health & safety, emergency preparedness, sustainability, or systems/tooling rollouts)
- Strong program design and playbook-building instincts
- Experience managing vendor and procurement relationships at national or global scale
- Strong command of project management fundamentals (scope, schedule, budget, risk, stakeholder communication)
- Experience partnering with construction, real estate, or facilities teams on office moves/buildouts
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Comfort with ambiguity and hands-on, get-it-done approach
- Based in Boston and able to work on-site with willingness to travel to other sites as needed
