About the role
Senior Analyst, Recruiting Operations turns Harvey's hiring data into decisions leadership can act on. Build capacity models, dashboards, and analyses to show recruiter needs, identify slowdowns, and determine actionable solutions. Collaborates with Recruiters, Finance, and People leadership using Ashby as the main data source.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain recruiter capacity models that turn hiring plans into staffing recommendations.
- Design dashboards and analyses on funnel health, time-to-fill, and recruiter throughput for leadership.
- Own the quality of recruiting data across sources, so every report can be trusted.
- Surface trends, risks, and opportunities in the data, and recommend what to do about them.
- Partner with Finance and People so hiring plans, headcount, and forecasts line up.
Qualifications
- 4+ years in recruiting operations, people analytics, or a similar analytical role.
- Hands-on experience with ATS or HRIS tools, Excel, and BI tools
- Experience building forecasts or capacity models from imperfect data.
- Ability to turn an ambiguous business question into a structured analysis and explain it to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong cross-functional skills: you can influence stakeholders and get them to act on your findings.
