About the role
Activation Engineer at Stedi responsible for guiding customers from first integration through production, collaborating with sales and product, and building internal/customer-facing materials to enable successful deployments of Stedi’s API-centric healthcare clearinghouse platform.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the technical counterpart on pre-sale deals. Ask the questions that qualify the opportunity, determine what the use case actually requires, explain to the customer what kind of integration this will be, and which product gaps have to be closed before we can deliver.
Qualifications
- You are technical and experienced with API integrations and data formats such as JSON, X12, and flat files.
