About the role

Technical Program Manager to drive the execution and efficiency of cross-functional teams (Software Engineering, Product, Power System Experts) in preparing product development and commercialization for Tapestry, an Alphabet-backed initiative focusing on AI-powered grid infrastructure.

Responsibilities

  • Program Leadership and Strategic Execution: Drive velocity, set goals with leadership, map workstreams, track progress against a high-bar delivery plan, own milestones and release schedules, translate customer impact into engineering timelines and feasibility.
  • Process, Alignment and Ownership: Lead agile ceremonies, manage sprint planning and backlog, align cross-functional teams (Engineering, Product, PSE) to priorities, implement TPM processes.
  • Risk Mitigation and Navigating Ambiguity: Identify and escalate risks, drive decisions, resolve bottlenecks, create paths in ambiguity, manage stakeholder expectations during early product development.

Qualifications

  • B.S. in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline
  • At least 5 years of project/program management or product development experience
  • Experience driving a program from prototype to maturity at an enterprise scale
  • Clear communication, especially in navigating technical or strategic ambiguity
  • Track record of successful implementation of TPM processes in engineering organizations
  • Ability to navigate complexity with structured reasoning and focus on simplification
  • High craftsmanship and care for quality of work
  • Collaborative mindset across disciplines to drive a shared mission
  • Motivation to deliver real-world impact and build transformative solutions
