About the role

Role within MongoDB’s Digital Customer Success Strategy team to manage and evolve digital and agentic customer experiences, leveraging data, automation, and AI to deliver tailored, value-led experiences at scale.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the face of Digital CS for your region, building deep knowledge of your assigned region and acting as the key domain expert, advocate, and human-in-the-loop escalation point for digital customer success strategies in your region
  • Lead customer engagement and retention through digital-first programmes, designing 1:many workshops, webinars, and targeted digital touchpoints; drive regional 1:many strategy for long tail segment and selective 1:1 interactions where appropriate
  • Partner with Sales, account teams, and cross-functional partners to understand customers, priorities, programmes, and solutions; co-design digital-first programmes that connect with and scale existing efforts
  • Share regional insights to unlock enablement opportunities, improve onboarding, and mitigate churn
  • Use AI tools to build dashboards, conduct research, and manage programmes; bring curiosity and initiative to work

Qualifications

  • Experience: 3+ years in Customer Success, account management or similar role; familiarity with scaled or digital models across onboarding and consumption phases
  • AI Fluency: Hands-on experience with AI tools; track record of using them to build dashboards, automate research, or manage programmes
  • Mindset: Curious, driven, entrepreneurial; ability to build processes from scratch and develop innovative solutions
  • Adaptability: Comfortable navigating rapidly changing scope, strategy, and goals
  • Tech-Savviness: Familiarity with digital engagement tools (automation tools, CRMs, CS software)
  • Analytical Acumen: Ability to analyze data and extract actionable insights for program optimization
