About the role

Product Manager for LATAM markets, responsible for translating regional user insights into product features, capabilities, and marketing strategies. Leads product lifecycle from concept to release, collaborates with global and local teams, and drives regional go-to-market and partnerships.

Responsibilities

  • Build deep expertise on Airbnb in LATAM through user research, marketplace data, and competitive analysis; synthesize inputs from multiple stakeholders into a cohesive product story.
  • Articulate product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Airbnb products and new businesses in LATAM in collaboration with market leadership.
  • Implement best-in-class product development and management practices with go-to-market kits for local teams.
  • Maintain and articulate a product feature and roadmap prioritization plan with local teams.
  • Advocate for and execute new products delivering impact for business and users.
  • Communicate concisely and influence outcomes across all levels, including regional executives.
  • Drive alignment across product teams and cross-functional partners to prioritize initiatives for roll-out or pilots.
  • Define measurable goals and OKRs for the LATAM area.
  • Build and integrate partnerships to expand existing businesses and create new ones.
  • Navigate regulatory and government requirements in partnership with Policy/Comms and regional teams.
  • Craft product narratives and marketing strategies in collaboration with communications and cross-functional partners.
  • Develop and deliver engaging product demos to press and other stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • 10-15 years of product management experience
  • Demonstrated track record of product leadership
  • Comfortable with individual contributor product management
  • Experience building and scaling global consumer products and ecosystems
  • Experience creating product messaging and delivering to customers and the media
  • Entrepreneurial track record with startup experience preferred; capable in larger organizations
  • Ability to leverage data and perform business analysis to support product strategy/decisions
  • Ability to drive execution across fast-paced teams
  • Highly collaborative and results-oriented
  • Strong AI fluency; hands-on use of AI tools in product work
  • Ability to identify AI opportunities and ship outcomes
  • Willingness to travel ~30-35%
  • Fluency in English and Spanish or Portuguese (local language)
