About the role

Product Manager based in LATAM to lead product management and marketing efforts for Airbnb’s international markets, focusing on understanding regional user needs, guiding product strategy and roadmap, and coordinating with global and local teams to launch and market features and new businesses in LATAM.

Responsibilities

  • Build deep expertise on Airbnb in LATAM through user research, data, and competitive analysis; synthesize inputs into a cohesive product story
  • Articulate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Airbnb products and new businesses in LATAM in collaboration with market leaders
  • Implement best-in-class product development and management practices, including go-to-market kits for local teams
  • Maintain and articulate a prioritized product feature and roadmap plan with local teams
  • Advocate for and execute new products that deliver business and user impact
  • Communicate concisely and influence outcomes across all company levels, including regional executives
  • Drive alignment across product, design, and cross-functional partners to prioritize initiatives for wider rollout or pilots
  • Define measurable goals and OKRs for LATAM
  • Build and integrate partnerships to expand existing businesses and create new ones in LATAM
  • Navigate regulatory requirements in partnership with Policy/Comms and regions/markets
  • Craft product narratives and marketing strategies for internal and external audiences with cross-functional partners
  • Develop and deliver engaging product demos to press highlighting key features and functionalities

Qualifications

  • 10-15 years of product management experience
  • Demonstrated track record of product leadership
  • Comfortable with individual contributor product management
  • Experience building and scaling global consumer products and ecosystems
  • Experience creating product messaging and delivering to customers and the media
  • Entrepreneurial track record with startup experience and ability to operate in a larger organization
  • Ability to use data for product strategy and decisions
  • Ability to drive execution across fast-paced teams
  • Highly collaborative and results-oriented
  • Strong AI fluency and hands-on use of AI tools in product work
  • Ability to identify AI opportunities and ship outcomes
  • Willingness to travel 30-35%
  • Fluency in English and Spanish or Portuguese (at least one additional local language)
