About the role

Hybrid role based in Paris, France. Responsible for the growth of the assigned territory (French West Coast) by managing professional host accounts and securing high-quality inventory, developing localized supply management strategies, and driving market success across acquisition, partnerships, and support.

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage professional host account relationships within your assigned territory
  • Directly manage accounts to meet and exceed quarterly/annual sales goals
  • Analyze data and use data-driven recommendations to identify and act on strategic opportunities to drive sales
  • Prospect and onboard new, high-quality supply in your assigned geography
  • Maintain a baseline understanding of the technical integration of various software partners to provide the right support to clients
  • Represent Airbnb in external meetings with Professional Hosts
  • Educate clients on significant product changes and cascade feedback to internal stakeholders
  • Hold regular optimization calls and business reviews with clients
  • Develop strong and long-lasting partnerships
  • Develop deep knowledge of assigned markets and be the go-to source for local trends and market dynamics
  • Leverage market knowledge to build initiatives
  • Deliver exceptional service to professional hosts, traveling as needed for in-person support
  • Work cross-functionally with public policy, legal, communications and customer support teams
  • Autonomously design, develop and execute bespoke engagement initiatives for the territory
  • Support host community programs to grow and engage Airbnb’s community

Qualifications

  • 6+ years experience in account management, partner support and/or sales
  • Preferably 2+ years experience in hospitality/travel industry
  • Fluency in French and English
  • Willingness to regularly travel domestically from Paris to aligned market territory (typical: once every 4 to 6 weeks)
  • Proven track record of managing leads pipeline and/or book of business
  • Proficient in CRM software (Salesforce; Mixmax a plus)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (phone, email, in-person)
  • Proficient quantitative skills and ability to interpret and apply data
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills
  • Ability to work at strategic and tactical levels in ambiguous environments
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and balance short-term and long-term initiatives
  • Passion for Airbnb, travel, and the sharing economy (being an Airbnb host a plus)
  • Experience working cross-functionally
  • Charismatic self-starter, resourceful and self-sufficient

Benefits
