About the role

Regional Sales Manager role focusing on leading the combined sales, application and service team in China, achieving bookings targets, expanding market share and margins, and guiding strategic customer relationships and pricing/roadmap decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Develop the strategic direction for the combined sales, application and service team, achieve bookings targets for product and services, win all major strategic design-ins, increase market share and margins and improve productivity and cost efficiency across the customer team.
  • Develop, inspire, and lead a world-class team of successful sales professionals, and provide overall direction to the Team.
  • Establish personal relationships with key decision makers at customers and their subcontractors.
  • Provide input to key strategic decisions concerning resource prioritization, pricing, positioning, product marketing, engineering roadmaps and differentiation.

Qualifications

  • Solid ties with Semi-Test industry customers in China; good relationships with design-houses of Cloud Service Providers advantageous.
  • Minimum experience: 10 years in the semiconductor equipment or related industry.
  • Proven track record in achieving/exceeding sales and market share targets.
  • Solid experience in building and managing a major sales account, preferably in semiconductor capital equipment.
  • Significant experience in creating and leading a team strategically to proactively manage customer relationships.
  • Over 5 years’ experience in exceptional leadership and management skills with ability to motivate, develop, and inspire the team.
  • Willing to travel domestically over 50% rate.
  • Strong English communication and presentation skills and interpersonal skills.
