About the role

Hands-on individual contributor role shaping product marketing at Phylo, from idea to launch and beyond, with close collaboration across product, engineering, scientific, and commercial teams to drive adoption of Biomni platform.

Responsibilities

  • Develop positioning grounded in customer work. Understand scientists’ problems, workflows, and adoption drivers; translate insights into messaging for scientific users and pharma decision-makers; test and refine messaging.
  • Build customer stories from evidence; write case studies, use cases, and walkthroughs; coordinate scientific review and customer approval; present to relevant audiences.
  • Own product launches; define audience, message, and launch plan with product team; write copy, develop demos and materials; coordinate contributors; extract learnings post-launch.
  • Run a focused marketing plan; prioritize stories and launches; manage reviews and deadlines; own distribution; measure conversations, adoption, and contribution to qualified opportunities.
  • Inform broader brand and marketing strategy by sharing customer insights, positioning, and launch learnings with the founding team to shape company story and focus.

Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience taking AI products to market; ownership of positioning, launches, demos, and customer materials for AI-driven products.
  • Ability to follow a research workflow and communicate credibly with scientists and R&D leaders; pharma/biotech/life sciences exposure preferred; rapid ramp-up acceptable.
  • AI-native way of working with effective use of AI tools; strong product and creative taste.
  • Excellent writing and editing; ability to explain complex capabilities clearly with relevance to scientists.
  • Strong customer/user interviewing skills and evidence judgment.
  • Strong execution in a small team; ability to make recommendations and carry projects through independently.
