About the role

Product Manager on the SPACE team at Meta, building products and policies to enable compute infrastructure to scale efficiently, plan capacity targets, and drive cross-functional investments across engineering, data science, finance, supply chain, and data center construction.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify important problems to solve (competitive, strategic, customer-driven, and aligned with company goals)
  • Build a coherent strategy and roadmap with measurable objectives
  • Facilitate information flow and create consensus on vision, priorities, and decisions
  • Drive, track, and document progress against roadmaps
  • Define a high standard of quality for the product area and hold teams to it
  • Support recruiting initiatives such as interviewing to improve the PM function
  • Operate in varying degrees of ambiguity
  • Foster an environment where teams advocate robust points of view while seeking consensus
  • Adjust to top-line company priority shifts
  • Independently identify opportunities, bring subject-matter expertise, build consensus around investments/roadmaps, and impact high-level business metrics
  • Drive progress with little direct leadership involvement; proactively resolve cross-functional challenges with frameworks and recommendations
  • Lead self-sustaining cross-functional teams with minimal leadership involvement; resolve ambiguity and pivot as needed
  • Set priorities, lead projects across organizations, and improve operational efficiency
  • Contribute to learnings to scale AI and improve org-wide PM capabilities

Qualifications

  • 10+ years Product Management and/or Product Design
  • 10+ years partnering with engineering, design, and user research teams to deliver technical products
  • Experience navigating full product life-cycle, incorporating customer feedback, driving prioritization, and executing pre/post-launch
  • Critical thinking/analytical leadership experience
  • Experience presenting to executive audiences
  • BA or BS in Computer Science or related field
