About the role

Creative X Program Managers are strategic creative leaders who plan and manage creative projects, forecast work, ensure alignment with marketing goals, mitigate issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. This role supports Meta's Reality Labs business, including VR and Wearables hardware products.

Responsibilities

  • Planning: Understand brand strategies, influence GTM plans, plan and prioritize projects, coordinate resourcing, advocate for innovative initiatives
  • Partnership: Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders, consult with cross-functional teams as the creative SME, manage external agencies, communicate status/risks/issues
  • Execution: Define scope, deliverables, budget forecasting and actualization, analyze trends and metrics, monitor performance, manage budgets, lead creative reviews, anticipate needs and prioritize solutions

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in program/project management at a creative/design agency or in-house brand/marketing team
  • Proven track record of building creative programs that impact brand trajectory
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate teams, build consensus, and manage conflicts
  • Experience working autonomously in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with stakeholder management in a large matrixed organization
  • Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision capability
  • Understanding and use of AI tool capabilities and limitations, with prudent AI judgment in creative work
  • Experience actively seeking AI knowledge and staying current with emerging AI technologies
  • Highly organized and process-oriented
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and/or equivalent
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States
