About the role
Full-Stack Engineer role at Nori Robotics (YC S26) focusing on building consumer and research applications, backend services, and cloud infrastructure to support data collection, storage, security, and data/model workflows.
Responsibilities
- Build consumer and research applications from interfaces to APIs, including accounts, consent, media capture, uploads, review, and search.
- Own databases, object storage, access controls, job queues, and services that support the data and model teams.
- Integrate dataset-processing and model-serving services into complete product workflows, including error handling and recovery.
- Own releases, tests, monitoring, incident recovery, performance, security, and cost as products grow.
Qualifications
- Experience shipping and operating production applications, with strong TypeScript and React, Python or Node.js, and SQL.
- Sound backend and infrastructure judgment across database design, cloud storage, queues, access controls, and production reliability.
- Nice to have: large video or audio datasets, vector search, GPU workloads, mobile apps, or infrastructure automation.
