About the role

Senior TPM role focused on steering large-scale, cross-functional infrastructure programs within Salesforce Trust and Infrastructure, specifically for the Salesforce Trust Platform and Hyperforce, including networking, security, and scalability across operating zones and customers.

Responsibilities

  • Take ownership and accountability of technical program planning and delivery for programs in Identity and Access, Data Security, Network Security, Technical Resilience, driving uplifts across Compute, Storage, Networking, and Identity; translate business objectives into execution strategy and lead delivery.
  • Develop trusted relationships with key technology and functional stakeholders to drive focus on strategic program objectives and optimize delivery; utilize agile methodologies; collaborate with product and engineering to architect and develop technical designs.
  • Lead regular review meetings with stakeholders; provide transparent updates; proactively remove obstacles; manage dependencies; identify risks; maintain status reporting and data-driven decision making to mitigate risks and ensure objectives are met.
  • Utilize internal tools and agile mindset to foster autonomy, transparency, mastery, innovation, and learning; contribute to security strategy and continuous professional growth.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field, or equivalent experience in technical leadership; Advanced management degrees preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience leading large-scale, complex infrastructure programs with proven business impact.
  • Ability to establish credibility with senior executives, technical experts, and cross-functional teams; exceptional executive communication and presentation skills.
