About the role

Content Lead within Whop’s creative team responsible for ideating and executing posts on Instagram, TikTok, and X to amplify the Whop brand voice and messaging; collaborates with Head of Media to develop and execute recurring and trend-driven posts and manage end-to-end content calendar for Instagram and TikTok.

Responsibilities

  • Recurring short form video series: Ideate and develop short form content series that can be a consistent source of content relevant to Whop’s mission of delivering everyone a sustainable income.
  • Trend reactive posts: Identify and execute posts based on daily/weekly internet trends that are relevant or parallel to Whop’s mission and inserting Whop into the discourse.
  • Short form cutdowns: Taking Whop content from other platforms and form fit it for maximum impact on short form video platforms.
  • External creative partners: When necessary operating with and providing direction to external content partners to create top level assets that fit Whop’s brand and messaging.

Qualifications

  • Extensive experience with short form video content with history of success growing brands, pages through both unique and trend reactive content.
  • Deep knowledge of video editing and AI video generation.
  • Strong writing & communication skills and ability to clearly articulate ideas.
  • Able to operate independently with a high level of autonomy and see projects thru end to end.
