About the role
Founding team member at adyn, a personalized medicine company focusing on genetics and hormone readouts to optimize birth control and health. Lead bioinformatics initiatives, build scalable data pipelines, and collaborate across disciplines to advance R&D and clinical applications.
Responsibilities
- Establish efficient pipelines for processing large volumes of data.
- Communicate scientific findings to diverse audiences using data visualization and both spoken and written language.
- Collaborate with marketing, regulatory specialists, medical practitioners, and engineering teams.
- Deliver a new standard of care in virtual and traditional clinical care settings.
- Process consumer data and optimize pipelines for speed and automation in early phases.
- Build and mentor a bioinformatics team and contribute to knowledge base for prioritizing expanded R&D efforts.
- Identify and prioritize scientific opportunities for R&D in genomics, pharmacogenomics, endocrinology, and longitudinal biomarkers.
Qualifications

- Github, AWS, Python, R, machine learning
