About the role

AI Compliance Platform for Healthcare Organizations. Readily is building the compliance layer for healthcare companies and seeks a Forward-Deployed Engineer to own customer-facing AI transformation projects end-to-end, bridging core engineering and customers to deploy production AI agents from PDFs/Excel to actionable systems.

Responsibilities

Own and ship full-stack product features (React, Node/Python, Postgres).
Lead implementations: integrations, data pipelines, onboarding, training.
Troubleshoot live issues, harden reliability/security, and iterate fast from customer feedback.
Translate customer problems into clear specs; feed insights into the roadmap.
Own outcomes: prototype → launch → measure impact with tight loops across Product, Eng, and GTM.

Qualifications

Strong across frontend + backend: React, Node.js/Python, Postgres.
Hunger: High agency, a willingness to learn, and a drive to do whatever it takes
Customer-obsessed: unsolved user issues keep you awake at night.
Intellectually humble: low ego, high curiosity, collaborative.
Biased toward action: You act, you don't wait
