Role involves ownership from security-critical production enablement to customer-facing components, collaborating with founders, and communicating Readily’s security posture to customers.

Responsibilities

Enhance, operationalize and monitor CI/CD that drives DevSecOps with equal emphasis on Dev (productivity) and Sec
Establish, operationalize and monitor cloud IaC accommodating data ranging from PHI to public domain material
Proactively seek out ways to improve Readily’s security posture through independent analysis of policies, implementation, documentation, monitoring, etc
Establish and operationalize development infrastructure for productive and secure work in a sensitive industry
Manage and monitor data footprint across first- and third-party applications and infrastructure
Design, implement and operationalize production components/microservices to further security across the product
Collaborate with application developers to implement and deploy optimally as well as to review for security
Collaborate internally and externally to uphold strict levels of AI security and governance in a changing landscape
Establish, operationalize, monitor and respond to potential security incidents across infrastructure and applications
