AI Compliance Platform for Healthcare Organizations. Readily is building the compliance layer for the healthcare industry and hiring a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to join the founding team, owning projects end-to-end from discovery to launch.

Responsibilities

Own and ship full-stack product features (React, Node/Python, Postgres).
Translate messy customer problems into elegant product experiences.
Work across the stack: from front-end flows → backend APIs → AI model integrations.
Partner directly with customers - discovery, iteration, launch, and support.
Make smart tradeoffs between speed, scope, and stability.

Qualifications

Strong across frontend + backend: React, Node.js/Python, Postgres.
Hunger: High agency, a willingness to learn, and a drive to do whatever it takes
Customer-obsessed: Unsolved user issues keep you awake at night.
Intellectually humble: Low ego, high curiosity, collaborative.
