Readily is building the AI-driven compliance platform for healthcare. The role offers founder-level ownership to ship full-stack features and directly influence product direction, customer discovery, and launches.

Responsibilities

Own and ship full-stack product features (React, Node/Python, Postgres).
Translate messy customer problems into elegant product experiences.
Work across the stack: front-end flows → backend APIs → AI model integrations.
Partner directly with customers - discovery, iteration, launch, and support.
Make smart tradeoffs between speed, scope, and stability.

Qualifications

Strong frontend + backend skills: React, Node.js/Python, Postgres.
Hunger: high agency, willingness to learn, and drive to do whatever it takes.
Customer-obsessed: unaddressed user issues motivate you.
Intellectually humble: low ego, high curiosity, collaborative.
