About the role

Responsible for qualifying leads, onboarding clients such as architects and interior design studios, building relationships, and managing negotiations for a home decor platform in Bengaluru.

Responsibilities

  • Make calls in order to qualify or disqualify leads
  • Onboard freelancing architects, architecture firms and interior design studios on to the platform
  • Building and expanding long-term and high impact relationships
  • Ensuring new and repeat business from clients
  • Maintain a real-time understanding of the competitive landscape to assist in building win-based proposals and pricing
  • Display a systemic approach to handling meaningful contract negotiations/deals with multiple clients at a time

Qualifications

  • Prior experience of working in Sales, Marketing and/or other Business centric teams
  • Prior experience in target based roles
  • Experience conducting outreach campaigns (e.g. linkedin reachouts, cold calling, in person meetings, walk ins, etc.)
  • Hands-on experience of working with sales is preferred
  • Possess excellent communication, presentation, collaboration, and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to work as a part of a tight-knit team
  • Working knowledge of MS Office suite (Excel, Word)
