About the role

Full-stack Engineer position at Homebase, a real estate tech startup in Southeast Asia. Located Anywhere / Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Full-time role with a focus on both frontend and backend development and building core platform features.

Responsibilities

  • Develop frontend and backend architectures.
  • Design interactive sites.
  • Develop backend applications.
  • Create servers and databases for functionality.
  • Ensure responsiveness of applications.
  • Work alongside graphic designers for web design features.
  • Build out proprietary home price prediction model.
  • Design and develop APIs.
  • Meet both technical and consumer needs.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of programming experience, ideally with both frontend and backend exposure.
  • Able to communicate proficiently in English.
  • Proficiency with frontend languages such as JavaScript (ReactJS, NextJS) and backend languages and frameworks: NestJS (NestJS Microservices), Typescript, ExpressJS, Eslint, TypeORM
  • Proficiency with database technology such as PGSQL and MongoDB.
  • Familiarity with ML and big data concepts.
