About the role

Strategic Finance Manager role responsible for financial outlays, resource allocation, revenue assurance, and FP&A to support Clinikally’s growing platform in India.

Responsibilities

  • Revenue Reconciliation: Perform weekly reconciliation of COD and prepaid orders against bank receipts to ensure 100% accuracy in funds flow for dermatologist-recommended skincare and haircare products.
  • Automated Payout Operations: Lead the automation of seller payouts and marketplace fee calculations to support 250+ brand partners.
  • Treasury and Fund Planning: Conduct weekly and monthly cash flow forecasting to ensure liquidity for vendor payouts and operational expenses across wellness and clinical categories.
  • Exception Reporting and Audit: Develop exception reports to identify unpaid orders or overcharging; analyze sales trends and financial leakages for high-growth products (e.g., Hyaluronic Acid serum and Niacinamide serums).
  • Systems Integration: Maintain accounting records in Tally and lead ERP integration between accounting software and custom backend to ensure data integrity.
  • FP&A (Financial Planning and Analysis): Prepare monthly MIS reports and lead annual budgeting; provide monthly forecasting for trending categories including nutritional supplements and specialized cosmetic solutions.
  • Financial Stewardship: Ensure accounts are maintained with statutory accuracy and support transparent healthcare.

Qualifications

  • CA, Inter-CA, or MBA in Finance highly preferred.
  • Experience: 4 to 6 years in core finance or audit, preferably in a high-growth startup or e-commerce environment.
