About the role

Chief of Staff role supporting the CEO and broader team at Clinikally, an AI-native dermatology-focused health platform in India. Responsible for strategy, operations, product and growth initiatives to scale clinical offerings and drive company-wide alignment.

Responsibilities

  • Leading Key Projects: Take the reins on high-priority cross-functional initiatives, including market strategy for launching new product lines.
  • Smoothing Out Operations: Fine-tune internal processes and identify roadblocks to keep growth and supply chain (e.g., Ceramide Cleanser, Hyaluronic Acid Moisturizer) ahead of demand.
  • Crafting Our Story: Prepare communications and reports for investors and partners, articulating impact in product categories like SPF sunscreens and medical-grade wellness.
  • Being the Founder's Right Hand: Serve as trusted thought partner for Founder/CEO; conduct research and drive execution for ceramide serum and digital health roadmap.
  • Connecting the Dots: Facilitate communication between leadership and departments (tech, product, marketing) around science of hair growth serum and personalized treatment plans.
  • Solving What's Next: Address unforeseen challenges and provide data-driven recommendations to scale hair growth tablets and dermatology marketplace.

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of experience in fast-paced environments such as consulting, investment banking, VC, or high-growth startup.
  • Seriously organized with ability to manage multiple complex projects.
  • Sharp analytical mind with data-driven problem-solving ability.
  • Excellent communication skills for multiple stakeholders.
  • Self-starter with initiative and ownership.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and fast-paced startup life.
